1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Agreement" means these Terms of Service.

1.2 "Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Grija Whole Life Wellness Club, LTD

1.3 "Service" refers to any program, retreat, or offering provided by the company.

1.4 "Customer," "you," or "your" refers to the individual purchasing or participating in the Service.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing the Service, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any documents incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to purchase or participate in the Service.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Payment Amount

The Service requires payment in accordance with the amount specified at the time of purchase.

3.2 Payment Options

(a) Full payment using valid credit or debit cards

(b) Financing through approved third-party providers, subject to their terms and conditions

(c) All payments shall be processed in United States dollars or as otherwise agreed

3.3 Payment Processing

(a) You are responsible for providing current and valid payment information

(b) Failed payments may result in cancellation of access to the Service

(c) The Company reserves the right to pursue any unpaid balances


4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

4.1 Right to Cancel

Pursuant to Federal Trade Commission rules for distance selling, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 3 business days of the transaction date.

4.2 Refund Procedures

(b) Your email must clearly state your intent to cancel and include your purchase information

(c) Refund requests must be received within the specified cancellation period

4.3 Effect of Cancellation

Upon valid cancellation:

(a) You will receive a refund as outlined in the terms provided at the time of purchase

(b) Refunds will be processed using the original payment method(s)

(c) Processing of refunds may take up to 15 business days or as otherwise specified

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

5.1 All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with the Service are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.

5.2 Customers are expressly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from such materials without prior written consent.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois.

7.2 Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

8.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

8.2 Customers will receive notice of any material changes.

8.3 Continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

9. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary while preserving the remaining provisions in full force and effect.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service.

BY PURCHASING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
